Lake County public water safety zones are as follows:

(1) The waters within a 100-foot radius of the public boat ramp at the East Brant Lake Access Area are a "no swimming zone" and a "no wake zone";

(2) The waters of Lake Herman in Lake Herman State Park beginning at a point on the shoreline 110 feet northwest of the northwest corner of the bathhouse, then extending in a southerly direction along the shoreline for approximately 300 feet are a "public swimming zone";

(3) The waters of Long Lake are a "no wake zone" except during the months of July and August;

(4) Lake Madison:

(a) The waters within a 100-foot radius from the center of the east entrance to Harbor Bay are a "no wake zone";

(b) The waters of Hilde Marina including the entrance canal are a "no wake zone";

(c) The waters of Sunset Harbor including the entrance canal are a "no wake zone";

(d) The waters fronting on the Lake County Public Access Area beginning at a point on the shoreline approximately 80 feet east of the tree line, then extending in a southeasterly direction along the shoreline for approximately 230 feet are a "public swimming zone."
