Deuel County public water safety zones are as follows:

(1) The waters of Lake Cochrane fronting on that portion of the shoreline beginning at the east property line of the Lake Cochrane State Recreation Area located in outlot A of government lot five, in section 4, township 114 north, range 47 west of the fifth principal meridian and extending approximately 400 feet westerly from this line are zoned as follows:

(a) The westerly 300 feet is a "public swimming zone"; and

(b) The easterly 100 feet is a "no wake zone";

(2) The waters of Lake Cochrane fronting on that portion of the shoreline beginning at the east line of lot 1, Clear Water Beach, and extending westerly from this area to the west edge of the east half of lot 1 of "The Elms," all in government lot 6, section 4, township 114 north, range 47 west are a "no wake zone"; and

(3) The waters of Lake Oliver are a "no wake zone."
