For the purpose of this chapter, the term licensing agent means any individual, corporation, business trust, trust, partnership, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, association, joint venture, government, governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality, or any other legal or commercial entity appointed by the department to sell hunting, fishing, trapping, and park entrance licenses on the department's behalf.
