For purposes of the student achievement, academic growth, high school completion, graduation rate, English language proficiency, and college and career readiness key indicators, a student who is dually enrolled is counted at the public school where the student spends greater than 50 percent of the school day. For purposes of the student attendance key indicator, a student is counted based on his or her attendance percentage, as referenced in § 24:55:02:07, in each attendance center.
