For purposes of this article, the term, student groups, means identification of the following groups of students for purposes of aggregating and disaggregating data:

(1) All students enrolled in a specific public school;

(2) Economically disadvantaged students;

(3) Students from the following major racial and ethnic groups according to definitions established by the United States Census Report: Hispanic/Latino; American Indian or Alaska Native; Asian, Black or African American; Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander; White; and two or more races;

(4) Students with disabilities;

(5) Students who are English learners;

(6) Students in foster care;

(7) Students who are homeless;

(8) Students with a parent who is a member of the armed forces on active duty or serves on full-time National Guard duty; and

(9) Migrant students.
