Section 24:30:05:04 - Application for grant award

A state institution desiring a grant award shall apply to the State Library in writing on forms provided by the State Library. The application shall include an evaluation of the current status of library services and a two-year plan for library development listing specific activities and costs to be applied to the grant. The State Library Board shall award grants on a two-year cycle.
