Persons may request State Library materials and services as follows:
(1) The following persons may request materials and services directly from the State Library by visit, telephone, electronic means, or letter
(a) An
employee of state government; or
(b) A person who is visually or physically
disabled.
(c) Any other citizen of
South Dakota who is not specified in subdivision (2) of this section;
(2) A person who is teaching in or enrolled full time on campus in an elementary, secondary, postsecondary, or higher education institution may request materials and services from the State Library only through a local school, public or academic library.
