To obtain a general education alternative certification, the applicant must have:
(1) A valid alternative preliminary certificate pursuant to chapter 24:28:10;
(2) A qualifying offer of employment from a school district or department-accredited school pursuant to § 24:28:11:08; and
(3) A bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally-accredited institution of higher education.
