An education specialist certificate is a certificate awarded to individuals who have completed preparation or coursework by a regionally-accredited institution of higher education to provide professional services in the following areas:
(1) Curriculum director;
(2) School counselor;
(3) School psychologist;
(4) Special education director;
(5) School psychological examiner;
(6) Mentor teacher;
(7) Mentor school counselor;
(8) Technology integrationist; and
(9) Technology coordinator.
