The professional administrator certificate is issued to an individual who:
(1) Makes application for the professional administrator certificate;
(2) Meets all requirements for a standard administrator certificate;
(3) Meets all administrator certification renewal requirements; and
(4) Has five or more years of administrative experience which may include experience as a superintendent or principal through the alternative certification program.
