Section 24:28:05:04 - Adding an endorsement or new preparation

If the certificate holder requests addition of an endorsement or preparation to a certificate at a time other than renewal, the fee referenced in § 24:28:05:01(8) or 24:28:05:01(9) must be submitted. Multiple endorsements or preparations may be added per each request.
