A county shall notify the association in writing as soon as possible if a claim appears to be imminent. If the county's application for CCPR fund reimbursement for the claim is going to be delayed, the county shall provide written notification to the association of the amount of the claim no later than the end of the calendar year following the year the county is billed for the medical expenses.
