Section 20:86:02:17 - Judicial declaration of competence

If a person has been suspended by an order as provided in § 20:86:02:12 or 20:86:02:13, and has thereafter been judicially declared to be competent, the board may dispense with further evidence showing the disability has been removed and may direct reinstatement.
