Section 20:68:07:19 - Definitions

Terms used in this chapter mean:

(1) "Continuing education cycle," a two-year period that begins on December 1 of an even numbered year and ends on November 30 of the next even-numbered year;

(2) "In-house program," a program planned and presented by the licensee for the purpose of educating staff in the same office; and

(3) "Licensee," a person licensed to practice as a professional counselor-mental health in this state.
