Any service offered within a school clinic that is not a cosmetology practice must be clearly identified as an unregulated service and listed on a sign conspicuously posted in the reception area. The sign shall state: "Unregulated Services. The following services offered by (school name) are not regulated by the South Dakota Cosmetology Commission: ____________________."
