wagering account is for the personal use of the individual account holder only. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. Except where the advance deposit wagering licensee or its employees or agents act without good faith or fail to exercise ordinary care, the licensee is not responsible for any loss from an account holder's account arising from the use by any other person or persons. The account holder shall immediately notify the licensee of a breach of the account's security.
