A licensee may contract with an independent integrity monitoring provider to assist with the identification and reporting. An independent integrity monitoring provider shall register as a vendor with the commission before providing event integrity monitoring services to a licensee or sports wagering services provider under SDCL chapter 42-7 B and this chapter.
