If changes in the ownership or financial interest in a license occur, a licensee must report to the commission the full name and address of every person, including lending agencies, who has a right to share in the revenues of licensed games, whether as an owner, assignee, landlord, or otherwise or to whom any interest or share in the profits of a licensed game has been pledged or hypothecated as security for a debt or deposited as a security for the performance of an act or to secure the performance of a contract of sale. The report shall be given within 30 days after any change occurring. This rule does not apply to publicly-traded corporations governed by chapter 20:18:30.
