Section 20:14:04:16.01 - Supervisory appraiser late renewal

If renewal of the supervisory appraiser approval is not accomplished within the period prescribed in § 20:14:04:16, the applicant may renew within six months following its expiration by paying the renewal fee prescribed in § 20:14:10:02 plus the applicable late renewal fee prescribed in § 20:14:10:04. The secretary may refuse to renew the supervisory appraiser approval if the applicant continues supervisory appraiser activities, as defined in this article, in this state following the expiration of the approval.
