The applicant shall provide information on the effect of the proposed facility on the terrestrial ecosystems, including existing information resulting from biological surveys conducted to identify and quantify the terrestrial fauna and flora potentially affected within the transmission site, wind energy site, or siting area; an analysis of the impact of construction and operation of the proposed facility on the terrestrial biotic environment, including breeding times and places and pathways of migration; important species; and planned measures to ameliorate negative biological impacts as a result of construction and operation of the proposed facility.
