Section 2:05:01:03 - Notice of appointment of 911 telecommunicator

The hiring agency shall send the following documents to the commission within ten days after the appointment of the 911 telecommunicator:

(1) Law enforcement standards form basic 911 application; and

(2) Two sets of the fingerprint cards required by subdivision 2:05:01:01(3).
