Section 2:01:04:10 - Executive secretary may initiate contested case hearing on his recommendation

The executive secretary, if he desires, shall have the option of initiating a contested case hearing concerning his recommendation without waiting for a petition from an interested person. In such event, notice of a contested case hearing under § 2:01:04:14 shall be given and may be in lieu of the notice specified by § 2:01:04:07.
