The location of a farm bulk tank, if the farm is using a bulk talk to store the farms milk supply, must permit access to all areas in the milkroom for cleaning and servicing. It may not be located over a floor drain or under a ventilator or light fixture. Each farm bulk tank must be emptied for visual inspection at least once every 72 hours.
