Certified enrolled cattle shall be raised, fed, and finished in the physical possession of a licensed producer who has a valid BQA/CMP certificate. This requirement does not apply when certified enrolled cattle are temporarily transferred to a veterinary facility or to a livestock auction market licensed by the Animal Industry Board for purpose of sale.
