All testing other than comparative cervical testing shall be at the owner's expense. All goats over six months of age in a herd shall be included in the herd tests. All tested goats shall be identified by official eartag or registration tattoo. All goats responding to the intradermal test shall be reported immediately to the board by the veterinarian administering the test.
