Applicants for a licensed pesticide dealer license must be tested by writing an examination. The standards of competence proven by taking and passing this examination by a score of at least 70 percent are the same as those standards in § 12:56:05:04. If an applicant fails the exam, the applicant may be reexamined in three days.
