Section 12:56:07:03 - Records to be kept for three years

Records of pesticide applications made by each applicator must be kept by the applicator for three years from the date of the application of any pesticides. The department must, upon written request, be furnished with a copy of these records, which must include the information required by § 12:56:07:01.
