Commercial applicators using pesticides in, on, or around the following: food handling establishments, packing houses, and food processing facilities: human dwellings; institutions such as schools and hospitals and prisons; and industrial establishments; including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, grain elevators, and any other structures and adjacent areas public or private; and for the protection of stored, processed, or manufactured products. This category applies to commercial applicators who use pesticides in the control of rodents and birds in or around structures. This category applies to non-government commercial applicators who use pesticides for the management and control of pests having public health importance. Licensed applicators in this classification must be certified and licensed to use any pesticide. Certification in this category does not authorize the use of products for fumigation listed in category 14 of this section.
