Within 45 days after SDDA receives a completed application, the board shall approve the application as requested, disapprove the application for modification, approve the application contingent on realization of certain defined conditions, or disapprove the application. The board may extend the time for consideration of an application for up to 50 additional days by advising the applicant of the extension.
