An applicant for a beginning farmer loan must apply for the loan on a form provided by the finance authority. The application must include the following: the applicant's name, address, credit data, a description of the anticipated use of loan proceeds, the amount of the loan and the applicant's down payment, if any, and proof of compliance with net worth requirements in § 12:21:01:04. An application is complete when all documents needed to approve a loan are submitted.
