If two of the last four consecutive monthly bacterial counts and somatic cell counts or cooling temperatures exceed the limit of the standard for the milk, the secretary shall send a written notice to the person concerned. The notice remains effective as long as two of the last four consecutive samples exceed the limit of the standard. The secretary shall suspend the producer's permit immediately if the standard is violated by three of the last five bacterial counts, cooling temperatures, or somatic cell counts.
