The production, transportation, processing, handling, sampling, examination, grading, labeling, and sale of all frozen dairy desserts shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the 3A Sanitary Standards and Accepted Practices and General Specifications for Dairy Plants Approved for USDA Inspection and Grading Service.
