Section 12:07:10:02 - Purpose

Conservation districts may purchase equipment for soil natural resources conservation practices and programs using proceeds from the natural resource conservation equipment loan program. Districts may provide the equipment to the farmers and ranchers of this state to implement sell-natural resources conservation practices and programs.
