Section 12:07:10:01 - Definitions

Terms used in this chapter mean:
(1) "Commission," the South Dakota conservation commission;
(2) "District," any conservation district;
(3) "Loan," a conservation tillage equipment loan; and
(4) "Equipment," machinery or equipment designed or used for conservation practices.
