If the permit suspension is due to a violation of a requirement other than the bacteriological, coliform, cooling temperature, or somatic cell count standards, the application for reinstatement of permit shall contain a written statement to the effect that the violation has been corrected. After receipt of the application, the secretary shall inspect the applicant's establishment and shall make as many additional inspections as necessary to determine that the applicant's establishment is complying with the requirements. When the findings justify, the permit shall be reinstated.
