A referring entity which has referred debt to the center must immediately notify the center of any change in the status of the debt or circumstances of the debtor, which may come from payment of the debt or liability, payment offset, invalidation of the liability, alternate payment arrangements with the debtor, bankruptcy, death, or other factors.
