Section 10:06:01:03 - Inability to recycle or dispose of waste

If an agency is unable to recycle or dispose of the waste material by one of the methods specified in the applicable section, except for §§ 10:06:01:04 and 10:06:01:05, the agency shall contact the Bureau of Administration for assistance.
