Vehicles may not be parked overnight in parking areas H, C, B, F, G, H, I, and J. Vehicles left in the parking areas overnight or for more than 24 hours shall be parked in the areas designated, city streets and avenues excepted:

(1) For area C: east of building two, also known as the Foss building, north and south perimeters only;

(2) For area K: north of the Capitol on the north side along the curb extending east to the center sidewalk;

(3) For area O: along the north end of the lot nearest Church Street;

(4) For area R: the west side of the lot from the 30-minute zone south;

(5) For area S: the northeast corner of the south parking lot.
