Main Components

Concrete or Concrete Block Load Bearing Perimeter Foundation

1.

Exterior load bearing perimeter foundation on concrete footing.

Pile/Post Foundation

1.

Wooden, concrete, or steel interior piles or posts with timber or concrete caps.
