This subarticle became effective on March 9, 1978. Amendments to regulations 71-302, 71-305, 71-313, 71-314, 71-315, and 71-316 became effective on May 11, 1978. Amendments to R. 71-307 became effective on October 17, 1978. Amendments to R. 71-301 which revised paragraph N (3) and new paragraph N (4) became effective on April 14, 1981. Addition of new contents, and amendments to regulations 71-301, 71-316, and 71-317 became effective on March 7, 1983. Amendments to R. 71-313 and R. 71-316 became effective on October 10, 1984.
