Section 61-9.504.B.18 - Reporting

(a) Any generator of industrial sludge that is applied to the land, any person who prepares industrial sludge that is applied to the land, or any person who applies industrial sludge to the land shall submit the following information to the Department:
(1) The information in
section504.17(a)(a), except the information in
section504.17(a)(3)(ii)(a)(3)(ii), section504.17(a)(4)(ii)(a)(4)(ii) and in
section504.17(a)(5)(ii)(a)(5)(ii), for the appropriate requirements on or
before February 19 of each year, for the period of January 1 through December
31 of the previous calendar year.
(2) The information in
section504.17(a)(5)(ii)(A)(a)(5)(ii)(A) through
section504.17(a)(5)(ii)(G)(a)(5)(ii)(G) on or before February 19 of each year,
for the period of January 1 through December 31 of the previous calendar year
when 90 percent or more of any of the cumulative pollutant loading rates in
Table 2 of section504.13 is reached at a site.
