This part establishes criteria and standards for the imposition of technology-based treatment requirements in permits under section 48-1-90 of the South Carolina Pollution Control Act and section301(b)(b) of the Federal Clean Water Act, including the application of EPA promulgated effluent limitations and case-by-case determinations of effluent limitations under this regulation and section402(a)(1)(a)(1) of the Clean Water Act.
