Section 61-56.303 - REPEAL AND DATE OF EFFECT

This regulation shall become effective as provided in Section 1-23-10 et seq. of the 1976 Code of Laws of South Carolina, as amended, and shall repeal Department of Health and Environmental Control R.61-56 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976; except that, Sections200.6(2)(2) and 200.6(4) shall become effective on January 1, 2009, and existing Sections V.E(b) and (c) shall remain in effect until that date.
