8-701.10 Adoption of Regulations and Enforcement.
(A) This regulation is issued under the
authority of S.C. Code of Laws, Section
44-1-140,
and shall be enforced by the Department.
(B) Should any chapter, paragraph, sentence,
clause, or phrase of this regulation be declared unconstitutional or invalid
for any reason, the remainder of this regulation shall not be affected
thereby.
8-701.20 Enforcement.
Any facility found to be in violation of this regulation, in non-compliance with the requirements of this regulation, or in violation of an order issued by the Department shall be subject to civil penalties, permit suspension, and/or revocation pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. Section 44-1-150 and this regulation.
