2-303.11 Prohibition.
(A) Except for a
plain ring such as a wedding band, while preparing food, food employees shall
not wear jewelry, including medical information jewelry, on their arms or
hands.
(B) If jewelry cannot be
removed for medical or religious reasons, it must be covered with a clean
intact single-use glove when working with food.
