Section 61-108.600.606 - Accounting of Controlled Substances and Devices (I)

In accordance with R.61-4, any licensee whose licensed equipment is housed in a facility registered with the Department's Bureau of Drug Control shall report any theft or significant loss of controlled substances to the Bureau of Drug Control upon discovery of the loss/theft. Pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. Section 40-43-91 (1976, as amended), any licensee whose licensed equipment is housed in a facility permitted by the S.C. Board of Pharmacy shall report the loss or theft of controlled substances or devices within thirty working days of the discovery of the loss/theft to the S.C. Board of Pharmacy.
