Section 61-108.500.507 - Health Status (I)

A. All staff members who have contact with patients shall have, within 12 months prior to initial patient contact, a health assessment as defined in Section101.R.

B. The health assessment shall include tuberculin screening as described in Section1404.

C. If a staff member is working at multiple locations operated by the same licensee, copies of records for tuberculin screening and the pre-employment health assessment shall be acceptable at each location. (II)
