Section 61-103.1500.1502 - Fire Response Training (I)

A. Each employee of the facility shall receive within twenty-four (24) hours of initial resident contact and annually thereafter instructions covering:
1. The fire
plan;
2. The fire evacuation plan,
including routes and procedures;
3.
How to report a fire;
4. How to use
the fire alarm system;
5. Location
and use of fire-fighting equipment;
6. Methods of containing a fire;
and
7. Specific responsibilities of
the individual.
B. A facility shall maintain records of training including the date, names of participating individuals, and a description of the training.
