Continuance. Prior to the completion of each three (3) calendar years from the effective date of this order, or the completion of three (3) complete swine marketing seasons, which ever shall be the longer period, the Commission shall resubmit this order to a referendum of affected producers and shall require that said affected producers reassent to the continuance of the order for an additional and similar period according to the requirements for initial assent pursuant to Section 46-17-140. In the event that the required assent is not given by the affected producers, this order shall be declared to be terminated; or, within the above period of time the marketing order shall continue in effect unless terminated according to the provisions of Section 46-17-50(b) or suspended according to Section 46-17-160(b).
