A.
(1) Official records of the State Agency
shall be retained for a period of not less than three years.
(2) Records of property subject to
restrictions for more than two years shall be kept one year beyond the
specified period of restriction.
(3) Should property be in compliance status
at the end of the period of restriction, records shall be retained for at least
one year after the case is closed.
